Internet Recruiting and Why it is Such a Big Deal

If you really want to be an effective internet recruiter you need to take the AIRS CIR course and exam to obtain your Certified Internet Recruiter certification. But if you can't afford the course or can't take the time, at least follow a blog like this and learn Boolean searches. You cannot possibly believe how much more effective your searches will be when you can truly target specific types of people while also filtering out all the "noise" or unwanted search results that take so much of your time to sort through.
